Shipping & Returns
We ship with the most affordable carrier for your purchase. We use USPS, UPS & SpeeDee (in the upper midwest). Some of our larger home decor items are drop shipped right from our supplier (USA) so packaging may not reflect our brand. When an item leaves our location, we will notify you of the tracking number.
We must be notified of any damaged/missing items in your shipment within 3 business days of you receiving it. We will work with you on replacing the item or issue you a store/online credit. After 3 business days, we cannot issue you a replacement/credit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept your return within 30 days with the original receipt. Please email us immediately if you are not satisfied with your product to let us know you will be returning your purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn/unused with tags and RECEIPT. We will issue you a store credit at the time we receive your return. We CANNOT accept any items that are damaged, smell of smoke or any other chemical and are not in the condition in which they were received.
